The project has supported the procurement and installation of video conferencing (VC) facilities from the MoHCC national level to provincial medical directorates (PMDs). The VC facilities’ benefits include improved communication among national level, provinces, and districts; greater convenience that drives efficient and cost-effective collaboration among meeting attendees. In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has also led to significant changes in the way organizations operate given the need for social distancing to minimize the risk of transmission. These VC facilities will also go a long way in engaging participants remotely instead of in-person meetings thereby saving resources and time needed to bring people together physically.
